If you are in a user group such as Moderators, Dragons, or even Phoenix's, you have no exception to the rules. In fact, you need to be more careful with the rules. If you break any you will be taken off the user group and/or banned, depending on if you keep breaking the rules or how serious the rule is broken. Users in any other Group has these same punishments. If you're not in a group, you still get these.
